Be Your Own Guru
My flagship program.
Be Your Own Guru is a self-paced life audit designed for people who are tired of outsourcing their identity to productivity culture, self-help trends, social media, or other people’s opinions.
Instead of giving you another system to follow, it helps you build your own.
You’ll learn how to create clarity, audit your beliefs, regulate your nervous system, establish sustainable habits, and make decisions that actually align with who you are.
Not Your Average Network
Wellness is more than workouts.
Not Your Average Network is a community that brings together movement, mindfulness, mental well-being, local events, and genuine human connection.
We highlight yoga classes, fitness events, workshops, hikes, coffee meetups, breathwork, creative gatherings, and experiences happening around Houston.
Our goal is simple:
Help good people find good people.
